Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 4/20/2023 from 8:00AM to 8:25AM. 13 children were directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical space, 2 children's records, 2 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. There were no changes in medications. Children were observed playing in the gym and engaging with the staff. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
