An announced review of staff personnel files was conducted on 6/18/2025 and completed on 6/18/2025 by inspectors Diana DeSilva, Miranda Wright, Ariel Hayes and Margaret Allworth at the Pennino SACC office building. The inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspection included document review.

A tuberculosis (TB) screening is required every two years from the last screening.
Staff #1 updated screening was due 3 days ago and Staff #4 updated screening was due 5 months ago. The updated screenings have not yet been completed.
