There were 9 children present with 4 staff at LI arrival. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies and emergency supplies were all in compliance. 3 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliance. There is at least one child present with an emergency medication, with no staff member present that is certified in MAT training. 1 staff member that does have current MAT certification was not present during the inspection. The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the facility for completion and signatures. LI was present today from 11:15 AM - 12:10 PM. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678 or at Sarah.Marbert@doe.virginia.gov.
