Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/3/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:25pm and ended at 1:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 5 staff. The
inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on site and 3 staff records on-site on 10/3/2024 and electronically on 6/26/2024. This inspection included document review of policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization and health forms, tour of the facility, interviews and
observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
