Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A Renewal inspection was initiated on 5/3/2021 and concluded on 5/4/2021. The Site Supervisor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection at 12:00pm. There were 8 children present and 11 staff. The inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 4 staff records submitted by the Director to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
