Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/21/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:55am and ended at 10:45am. There were 2 staff with 23 children in 2 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing games, building with Legos, knitting w/yarn, making pancakes, dancing and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and the evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
