A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Margaret Allworth, Mahrukh Aziz, Leah Pagala and Derek Acosta at the Pennino SACC office. Record reviews for subs, new hires and Regional Supervisors are documented with the SACC at Hunt Valley file.
