Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 28, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:18am and ended at 9:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
