An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 5/20/2025. The on-site inspection began at 4:30pm and ended at 5:00pm. There were 32 children and 2 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection
included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
