An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/18/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:58pm and ended at 4:25pm. There were 27 children and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 3 child records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
