Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 15 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plants, bathrooms, children's records, staff records, evacuation logs, medications, attendance logs and emergency supplies were reviewed. The children were observed playing in the gym and working on individual art work. There were no violations cited.
