Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 26, 2022. There were 43 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, medications and authorization, menu's, evacuation drills, attendance logs, emergency preparedness procedures, injury logs and the first aid kit were reviewed. The children were observed outside playing on the playground. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Based on a review of children's records, the center failed to obtain all required documentation for each child enrolled.

Evidence:
Child #1, #2,#3 and #4's records do contain documentation of a start date.
Plan of Correction: I will add the information to each child's record.
