Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 8:00am-09:15:am. There were 16 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies ,medication and authorizations and policy and procedures were reviewed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The space was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation,, emergency phone numbers were not posted in a visible place at each telephone.

Evidence:
There were no emergency telephone numbers including 911, fire and emergency medical services and the number to poison control posted in visible place near the telephones.
Plan of Correction: I will post emergency numbers in a visible place near the telephones.
