An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on August 30, 2024, and completed on August 30, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 3 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of facility and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
