Inspector Notes

An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 16 children present with 3 staff. 4 staff records were reviewed for specific components only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. 3 child records, emergency drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, medication and injury reports were all in compliance today. Children were observed participating in a variety of activities during the inspection. The playground was not in use during the inspection. The inspection report was typed off site and emailed to the facility for signatures. LI was present today from 12:30 PM - 1:25 PM.
