Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:45am. There were 69 children directly supervised by 14 staff. The physical plant, 6 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed in the main office at another time. Children were observed practicing a dance for a performance, doing art projects, playing on the playground, and preparing for lunch. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. No areas of non-compliance were cited during today?s inspection.
