Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 04/11/2022 between the hours of 7:56am and 9:15am. There were 11 children present with 3 staff supervising at the time of arrival. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies, and special services. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
