Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on October 24, 2022 between the hours of 1:55 pm and 3:20 pm. There were 27 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, hand washing, child and staff records, evacuation drill logs, required posted documents, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and record review, the facility did not obtain written parent authorization as required for prescription medication.
Evidence:
1. There was no written parent authorization for prescription medication for child #4.
2. The Supervisor confirmed they did not have the parent authorization.
