Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on September 27, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:15am and ended at 9:00am. There were 4 staff with 40 children in 2 classrooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed playing with various manipulatives, and engaged in small group activities. Staff and children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 3 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
