Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in-person tour of the program. A renewal inspection was initiated on 3/29/2022 and concluded on 3/31/2022. During the in-person component, there were 3 children present with 4 staff supervising. Children continued to arrive throughout the duration of the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were no medications on site. A total of 2 child records and required staff records were reviewed virtually. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
