Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:05pm to 12:50pm. 21 children were directly supervised by 3 staff at the beginning of the inspection. Attendance, the physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
