Inspector Notes

A Renewal inspection was conducted on 03/05/2024, from 9:45AM to 10:35AM. 32 children were directly supervised by 3 staff. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, attendance, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan/supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications were in compliance. Children were observed arriving, engaging in age appropriate activities and interacting with the staff. Interactions were positive. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
