Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/30/2025 and completed on 04/30/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:55am and ended at 8:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were twenty-two children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
