Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:30 pm and ended at 5 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (50) children present and (4) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and the documents of (4) on-site staff on 12/10/2024.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
