During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/13/2025. The on-site inspection began at 3:15 pm and ended at 4:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (40) children present and (5) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (5) staff records on-site on 11/13/2025.
This inspection included: document review (i.e. Files, injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
