Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced renewal inspection at 12:30pm. Observed 15 children + 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were engaged in a variety of activities to include: painting rocks, playing with blocks and creative play toys, reading, and other quiet activities. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The classrooms were found to be clean and well supplied toys and equipment for the children. Hazardous items were stored appropriately. Based on interview conducted, it was determined that 1 of 4 staff working today did not have documentation of required information on-site. Evidence: Staff #5 ? There was no documentation of an emergency contact person on-site.
Plan of Correction: When Staff #5 returns from break today she will provide the emergency contact information.
