Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection at 12:00pm. Observed 31 children + 2 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed having create play, playing games, playing with blocks, drawing and knitting. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The program areas were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. An area of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed was found. Based on observations made, information about staff and children was not maintained in a confidential manner. Evidence: The Supplemental Information page of the 10/24/23 inspection report was posted in the facility. Identifying information about staff and children was on the document. The document states "Information found on the Supplemental Information page is confidential and this document is not to be posted in the facility."
Plan of Correction: The violation of posting of the Supplemental Information page has been removed.
