Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on January 29, 2025 and completed on January 29, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:55am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There
were 37 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff #1 was observed alone in the gym with twenty one children (youngest child five years old) from approximately 10:55 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Staff #2 was observed alone in the classroom with seventeen children from approximately 10:55 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
