Inspector Notes

An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on May 24, 2022. There were 21 children present with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed playing on computers, reading books, socializing with one another, lining up to go to the gym and playing games in the gym. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
