Inspector Notes
An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted on December 7, 2022 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm. There were 26 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed checking into the program, washing hands, eating snack, reading books and playing games. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
