Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/11/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:50 am and ended at 8:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
