An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/24/2024 and completed on 10/24/24, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:25am and ended at 8:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility,
