Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 13 children present with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed reading, creating art work and playing games. The physical plant, children's records, staff records, medications and medication authorizations, evacuation logs, accident forms attendance logs, first aid kit, emergency preparedness plans and equipment and menu's were reviewed.
