Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on April 23, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 7:45am and ended at 9:00am. There were 3 staff with 16 children in one (1) room at the time of the visit. Children were observed arriving for the day, handwashing, engaged in small group activities and other age-appropriate activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill logs were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There was one (1) medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
