Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/3/22. The center supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 23 children in direct care and supervision of 4 staff members. Children were observed engaged in small group activities and playing in the gym. 3 children records, 4 staff records, emergency drill records and the center's first aid and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
