Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/3/22. There were 23 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. All staff were current on the VA preservice and VA health and Safety Update Training. There were no children with allergies nor medications on site. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
