Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was concluded on 3/31/22. There were 21 children present in direct care and supervision of 4 staff supervising. The children were observed playing in groups with age appropriate toys and playing outdoors. Medications, emergency drills records and the fist aid were reviewed. 3 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
