Inspector Notes

An announced mandated renewal inspection was conducted today, February 7th, 2022. There were 28 children in the am program with 3 staff supervising.. The physical plant, staff files, children's files, medications and authorizations, emergency drill logs, emergency supplies, injury logs and attendance records were inspected.
