8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today, February 7th, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 28 children present in the am program with 3 staff supervising. The subsidy requirements were review this date, allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition, reporting injuries and emergency plans. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No areas of non-compliance were cited.
