Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 3, 2024, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:45amand ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site on October 3, 2024.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
