Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on February 11, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:00am and ended at 8:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were six children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site.. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
