Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today during a Teacher Workday. Children were playing on the outside playground upon arrival. Observed hand washing prior to pizza party, physical space, record review of a sample of children's files and emergency preparation. Trainings for all 3 staff are current. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
