Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/01/2021. The acting Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 5years to 10years, with 3 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and the information for 3 staff were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
