Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted today between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. There were 21 children present with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and emergencies. The children were observed coloring, playing games, building with Legos and working on an art project. A total of 3 staff records and 4 child records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
