Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/12/2023 between 4:15pm- 5:15pm. There were 14 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site. Children were observed eating snack and playing outside. Handwashing was also observed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
