Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/14/2025 and completed on 10/14/25, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:35am and ended at 9:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
