Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 1/16/2025 and completed on1/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:15 am and ended at 9:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (25) children present and (4) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (4) staff records.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1Child #1 has a emergency medication at the center, there are no staff that meet the required qualification to administer this child's emergency medication.
