Inspector Notes

An announced review of staff personnel files was conducted on 1/23/2025 and completed on 1/23/2025 by inspectors Diana DeSilva, Miranda Wright, Ariel Hayes and Margaret Allworth at the Pennino SACC office building. The inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspection included document review.

The sworn statement for Staff #2, who is currently working, was dated three months after their first day of employment.
