During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 9/23/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 am and ended at 11:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (45) children present and (3) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (4) staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner..
Today was a full day of the SACC program, children will be eating lunch at SACC. Some of the children's food containers were not labeled with their name and dated.
Plan of Correction: Lunch containers will be labeled with child's name and dated when eating lunch at the SACC program.
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A
Each center shall maintain and keep at the center a separate record for each child enrolled that contains all of the required information.
The record for Child #5, enrolled for one month, was missing the following required components: Physical and Immunization record.
Plan of Correction: The school office is closed today. Staff will go to the office and obtain a copy of the child's physical and immunization record.
