Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 4/11/2022 between the hours of 4:35pm and 5:54pm. There were 26 children present with 3 staff supervising at the time of arrival. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and staff interview, the center did not provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the fire official having jurisdiction.

Evidence:
Documentation of the center's most recent annual fire inspection report was not available for review during inspection. Staff requested the report from the main office but was unable to locate the documentation.
Plan of Correction: We have requested the inspection report from the main office. We will continue to request a copy of the report.
